外国人留学生と企業の雇用相談会

島田掛川信用金庫様と静岡県行政書士会様と共催で、島田掛川信用金庫の島田本部にて県内の大学に通う留学生と企業との交流会を行いました。
コロナウイルス感染対策を万全にして、留学生の採用を希望する企業５社と就活中の大学生（留学生）１０人の双方が2時間に渡り熱心にやりとりをしました。留学生にとってはこのような機会は大変貴重な機会であり、今後就職関連の交流会が増えればと思います。

【留学生就職支援事業 長期インターンシップ】
静岡市内にあるアパレル会社より留学生の長期インターンシップのお話をいただきました。
海外の取引先とのコミュニケーションを円滑にするために、留学生の力を必要としているとのこと。
初めて外国人材のインターンシップということもあり、企業、コンソーシアム、大学の担当者、留学生の４者で面談をし疑問や不安の解消をしました。

[International student employment support project, long-term internship]
We discussed about long term internship for international students with an apparel company which based in Shizuoka City.
They said that the ability from international students are needed to facilitate communication with overseas business partners.
Since this was their first internship with a foreign human resource, We had an interview with the company, consortium, university representative staff, and the international student to discuss more details and solving the questions on both side about this program.

静岡市駿河区の滞在型リゾート施設「リバティーリゾート久能山」様。
昨年9月にインターンシップの説明を受けに行きましたが、その後、長期インターンシップを受け入れて頂いておりますので視察に行って参りました。
留学生はフロント業務からレストラン業務、また、社員への英語研修の講師としても活躍しています！
お客様へのサービスに心配りをしている姿が印象的でした。
会社としても大いに期待しているとのこと。引き続き頑張ってください！

[Internship follow-up]
“Liberty Resort Kunozan”, a stay-type resort facility in Suruga-ku, Shizuoka.
We went to there for getting explanation about internship in September last year. This time is we re-visit since they have been accepting long-term internships,
International student are also active as English instructors training for employees, front desk job until restaurant work!
We were impressed for their services to customers.

コロナウイルス感染対策を行いながらの交流会です。
浜松市にて9社がブースを構えて会社の説明、エントリーや
インターンシップなどについての説明がありました。
多くの留学生が積極的にブースを訪問し、活発なやりとりが行われました。
英語で対応している会社もありました。
ここから就職に繋がることを期待します。

Introducing Exchange Meeting which hold at July 9th.
Coronavirus infection control is implemented while exchange meeting.
There was 9 companies attended this event at Hamamatsu and explaining about entries,internship etc.
International students visit the companies booth and communcate actively.
Some companies are communicate in English.
